I couldn’t resist. I have been making so many wreaths lately that one wreath that’s been on my mind was demanding some R-E-S-P-E-C-T. I made this A-wreath-a Franklin wreath with stuff I had left over in my studio: a styrofoam wreath form, extra sequined fabric from stockings I made, extra faux fur from a wall treatment, grey felt, and sequins. Oh, and a picture of the Queen of Soul. The bow was inspired by the hat she wore at President Obama’s inauguration. You know, I love my succulent wreath, and my lavender wreath, and my chili pepper wreath. But this wreath really makes me R-E-J-O-I-C-E.
