Wok Side Table

With just a simple wok and a plant stand, you can make this striking side table. It’s perfect for magazines and knickknacks. For a little atmosphere, add some water and floating candles. The wok can be removed from the plant stand too, so you can use it as a serving tray, or perhaps a sled.

1. Put three small dabs of museum putty around the rim of the plant stand. This will hold the wok steady, but still allow you to remove the wok whenever you want.

2. Place the wok on the plant stand, letting the bottom of the wok make contact with the museum putty.
