The event was a bacon-themed dinner for 65 people from Amy’s Culinary Adventures. So what to do for the centerpieces? For the past bacon dinners, I had used piggy banks or flying pigs, but this time I wanted to get away from the porcine nature of the evening. (I’m trying not to eat pork, as my dog Gershwin reminds me of a little pig.) So what other bacon does everyone love? Kevin Bacon! I decorated the vases with his photos using Craft Attitude printable film, and then used wheatgrass for his hair. Next time, I’ll have to do something with Sir Francis Bacon, I guess.
Ok, that’s clever as hell. I’m surprised you didn’t use Hollowman bacon, Animal House bacon, Tremors bacon and/or especially Footloose bacon. That’s just classic 😉
